About Debbie Benami-Rahm, M.S., M.H.C.

Debbie has used her expertise to develop hundreds of managers and thousands of employees in 8 different industries.  She has taken teams of employees and helped them increase productivity and improve business results.

A multitude of industries including, but not limited to, financial services, banking, healthcare, academia, telecommunications, airlines and nonprofits implement her specialized knowledge.



Debbie speaks from real-world experience. She worked as Human Resources Manager, Training Manager, Frontline Supervisor and Corporate Recruiter. Her Master's of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Clark University and her matchless experience in the business world provide Debbie with what it takes to transform her clients into strong, empowered professionals in both their work and personal lives. 

She is an active member in the following professional associations: Society for Human Resource Management, American Society for Training and Development, National Speakers Association, American Psychological Association, National Career Development Association, Florida Speakers Association and the Florida Mental Health Counselor Association.

She was honored as the 2007 Member of the Year for the National Speaker's Association South Florida Chapter. She is currently serving on the Board as VP of Membership for the National Speaker's Association South Florida Chapter.
